www.Royalmail.com/redelivery - Royal Mail Redelivery Service Online

Royal Mail plc is the primary postal service in the United Kingdom. It provides postal delivery services to all 64 million inhabitants of the British Isles. They have a rich history, being credited with being the first to develop and put into practice the postage stamp.

If you're not in to receive your delivery, Royal Mail will always try and leave your tickets with a neighbour. If that isn't possible, they will hold them for you at your local delivery office.

They will leave a calling card when they tried to deliver – just use the tracking details on the card to arrange a redelivery at www.royalmail.com/redelivery, or by calling 08457 740 740.

How to Use Royal Mail Redelivery Service Online:

If you'd prefer, you can just pop into your local delivery office and pick the tickets up in person – you'll need to take some ID along with the calling card they left. If you're not sure which delivery office your tickets are being held at, enter your tracking number here. If you don't have a calling card you can still collect your tickets with the tracker number and some ID with your name on.

If you don't pick your tickets up from the delivery office they will be returned to us after 14 days.

Can I get my item sooner?

You can collect it from your local Customer Service Point. This is the address on the Something for you card they left. You can usually collect your item the next working day. But please check the card to see how long you should wait before you collect. The card will either detail the office opening hours or ask you to check royalmail.com/services-near-you or the Royal Mail app for times.

If you do choose to collect your item, remember to take the card they left and proof of ID.

If you choose to have your item redelivered, they need two working days to arrange it. This allows for your item to get back to the Delivery Office and be sent out again.

What time will my item be redelivered?

The times they deliver vary around the country – from early morning until late in the evening. They normally include items for Redelivery on parcel routes. These should be around the same time as the one written on the Something for you card. However, they can’t guarantee this.

If you’re expecting a Redelivery and haven’t got it yet, please wait until the next day before contacting them. They may still be out delivering.
